Was established in 2016 and these 3 souls have been working together to serve clients North of Denver all the way to the Wyoming line. No condo is too small and no acreage to big, for us, it's about the People. We host a lot of get togethers and attend as many Community events as we can! Sarah- Katie and Jeff were wonderful! They spent so much time finding the perfect place for me. I was under a time crunch to move out and there weren’t many listings within my price range. Jeff then created a flyer telling a bit about me and the details about what kind of property I was seeking. He sent it to all the realtors in Fort Collins to see if any listings were coming on the market. He got word that the perfect condo was soon going to be on the market. Jeff talked to the realtor to see if I could see it before it was posted online. I fell in love with it and was able to bid on it before there was any competition. They accepted my offer and 2 1/2 weeks later I was living in my new place. So grateful for their help!

Sylvia- Katie and her team were awesome in moving super quick when my husband and I found the perfect house in Fort Collins. We called Katie on a Saturday morning, 4th of July weekend, and she was able to help us put the offer in the same day. She knew exactly what needed to happen in order for our bid to be most competitive. We beat out 5 other offers in 24 hours (!). Katie was also very attentive throughout the process with a great team of staff, great recommendations on inspectors and contractors when repair bids needed to happen fast.
