Kristin Wernsman, REALTOR®

Kristin has a passion for helping people! She grew up in Loveland and attended college at Colorado State University, in Fort Collins.  Kristin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Human Sciences along with additional fields of study in Business Management and Human Resources.  After college, Kristin and her Husband, Ryan, were led to Denver for job opportunities, but always wanted to return to Northern Colorado. In advance of pursuing a career in real estate, Kristin spent time in the restaurant and financial industries; where she learned just how important top notch customer service is. She then spent eight years in the legal field, as a litigation paralegal, which has enabled Kristin to have an unmatched skill set when it comes to contracts, collaboration, and negotiation in each unique transaction.

Kristin prides herself in executing the professional process developed to help you sell your home, find a new home, or both!  She has been serving her clients since 2016, and got a great start in the business at RE/MAX Alliance.  Kristin has proudly built her business based on referrals from happy clients, many of whom are family, friends, or have become friends during the process. 

The lynchpin to a smooth transaction is always great communication with all parties involved, which Kristin has mastered. You will never have to worry about where you stand in the transaction, what deadlines you have to be in compliance with, or the additional tasks that always pop up along the course of buying or selling a home, as she is doing the heavy lifting for you!

In addition to Kristin’s love for all things real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and two rescue dogs, Millie-Max and Finnegan.  In her off time, you can find her at any venue with live music, or great food!  Kristin loves cooking, and sharing her food creations with loved ones! After swimming competitively for almost a decade, Kristin still loves to be in and around the water, and try new ways to stay active.
